Holos by Rozum (holos.rozum.one, formerly socialio) - an AI content tool that helps users create and publish posts to their own social accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Your data is hidden from the cabinet immediately and permanently erased after a 14‑day grace period (signing back in within 14 days cancels deletion). Permanent deletion removes your account, the brand workspaces you solely own and all related data - brand profile, posts, schedule, media files, statistics and connected‑account tokens - from our database and disk. Nightly backups roll off within the following 14 days.
To revoke only one connected account without deleting everything: Налаштування → Канали → «Відключити» (Settings → Channels → Disconnect). This deletes the stored access token for that account.
You can also request deletion of your data by emailing o.stepeniev@swipescape.eu from your account email. We process such requests within 30 days.
Holos stores only the access token and basic account info you authorize during connection (name, username, Page or account ID), the content you create, and statistics of the posts you published through Holos. We never sell or share your data. Removing the app in Facebook settings → Business Integrations or in Threads (Settings → Account → Website permissions) also revokes our access; combined with account deletion above, all associated data is removed.
