Holos by Rozum ("Holos", "we") is a content tool for small businesses, experts and creators. It turns your own material - notes, voice messages, transcripts, articles, photos and videos - into social-media posts in your brand's voice and helps you schedule and publish them to the accounts you connect: Telegram, Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Threads, LinkedIn and YouTube. This policy explains what data we process, why, and how you can delete it.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication data (password hash or Google sign-in identifier), and your login sessions.
• Content you create or import: brand profile and strategy, materials (notes, transcripts, RSS and news articles, voice messages you send to our Telegram bot and their transcripts), posts you generate or edit, first comments, the publishing schedule, and photos and videos you upload.
• Connected accounts: access tokens and basic account information (name, username, Page or account ID) for the platforms you choose to connect. Tokens are stored server-side and used only to act on your instructions.
• Post statistics: for posts published through Holos, the metrics the platforms return (views, reach, likes, comments, replies, shares, saves) and your follower counts, so we can show you analytics.
• Technical data: service logs and AI usage records, used for security, troubleshooting and spending limits.

2. How we use information

Only to provide the service: generate, edit and format posts; publish and schedule them to the accounts you connect, including the first comment you write; show analytics about your own posts; keep the product secure and support you. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)

With your permission we access the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you select, and your Threads profile, in order to: publish the posts, carousels, videos, reels and stories you approve; post the first comment you write under your own post; read statistics of your own posts; and show replies to your own Threads posts so you can answer them. We do not access personal Facebook timelines, friends lists or private messages. You can revoke access at any time in Facebook settings (Business Integrations) or in Threads (Settings → Account → Website permissions).

4. Google user data

Google Drive: Holos requests only the drive.file scope. Through the Google Picker you choose specific files or folders, and Holos imports images from them into your media library so you can attach them to posts.

• We access only the files and folders you pick; we read those image files and basic file metadata (id, name, type) to import and de-duplicate them.
• We do not access, read, or store other files in your Drive.
• Imported images are stored in your Holos workspace; we keep the Google file ID to avoid importing duplicates.

YouTube: if you connect YouTube, Holos requests the youtube.upload scope and uses it only to upload the videos you choose to publish as Shorts.

• We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell or transfer it, except as needed to operate the service at your direction.
• No humans read your Google data except where you explicitly request support, where required for security, or to comply with law.

5. AI and infrastructure providers

To generate text, images, voice-overs and transcriptions, we send the relevant content (your material, brand settings and instructions) to the AI providers we use, such as OpenAI, Google (Gemini), OpenRouter, fal.ai, Cloudflare Workers AI, Deepgram and Microsoft Azure; stock photos come from Pexels. They process this data on our behalf to deliver the service. If you connect your own Claude (Anthropic) to Holos through our connector, your Claude reads and writes your workspace data at your direction.

6. Storage, security & retention

Data is stored on our private server (PostgreSQL and file storage) with nightly backups kept for 14 days. Tokens are kept server-side and are never shown to other users. We keep your data while your account is active. After a long period of inactivity we email you and may delete uploaded media; your brand settings stay.

7. Deleting your data

In the app: Settings → Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. Your data is hidden immediately and permanently erased after a 14-day grace period (signing in again within 14 days cancels the deletion); backups roll off within the following 14 days. To remove only one connected account, use Settings → Channels → Disconnect, which deletes its stored token. You can also email o.stepeniev@swipescape.eu from your account email. 8. Sharing

We share content only with the platforms you explicitly publish to (Telegram, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) and with the service providers listed above, strictly to deliver the service. We do not share Google user data with third parties for their own purposes.
